As far as I know, gesso is only available in art supply stores in black and white.  I’m in the process of investigating to see if it’s available in other colors.  I decided to write two parodies of my comic book series, Gesso Squad.  The first parody, Gesso Pod: 1,000 Pink Flamingos and a Dog with antlers is aimed at children. The second parody, 50 Shades of Gesso, is my spoof of the 50 Shades of Grey series by E.L. James.
